Job description
The Foundation for the operation of pensions for elderly people La Vespérale, founded in 1977, is a non-profit public law foundation. It manages two residences, La Poterie (73 residents) and Les Arénières (86 residents). The La Vespérale Foundation strives to create a respectful living environment for the residents, who are at the heart of the institution's mission.
The La Vespérale Foundation is looking to recruit for the site of La Poterie:
A QUALIFIED NURSE AT 80%
Main mission:
- Implement and develop individualised support projects for residents in collaboration with other professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Provide quality care and monitoring in line with the institution's philosophy
- Ensure a comprehensive vision of continuity of care for each resident
- Use available tools to ensure the necessary transmissions and information for smooth work processes
- Supervise the work of nursing assistants and coordinate the multidisciplinary care team
- Participate in the reception, supervision and integration of trainees and new staff
- Prepare, distribute and monitor the medication intake of each resident
- Be the referent for a group of residents
- Keep residents' information and medical records up to date
