Co-Group Leader - Childcare Specialist (60 to 100%) German | English or English | German
Your varied range of duties includes, among others:
▪ Building a personal relationship with each child
▪ Recording the developmental status of each child
▪ Targeted support in physical and psychological areas
▪ Creating a varied group life
▪ Warm contact with parents
▪ Supporting the nursery manager in planning and carrying out activities for children and parents
▪ Helping to shape and influence a modern and innovative nursery
For this exciting position, you bring the following profile:
▪ Training as a Childcare Specialist or in a similar field (KiTaS or ENIC recognised)
▪ Native German or English speaker, combined with knowledge of German or English
▪ Reliability and loyalty
▪ Communication and organisational skills
▪ Team-oriented, flexible, and cheerful nature
▪ Good MS Office skills and initial experience in administration
