For our locations in Jegenstorf/BE and Rolle/VD, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Sales Manager Region Bern / Western Switzerland.
In this key position, you take overall responsibility for sales and results development in the Bern / Western Switzerland region. You indirectly lead the Rolle/VD location through a directly reporting site manager and simultaneously take over the operational and personnel overall management of the Jegenstorf/BE location.
Your tasks:
Regional leadership and management responsibility:
- Overall responsibility for the leadership and further development of the Bern / Western Switzerland region (locations Jegenstorf/BE and Rolle/VD)
- Development, implementation, and continuous optimization of the regional sales and market strategy in close coordination with management
- Control and implementation of targeted sales and market activities for the entire region
- Responsibility for achieving sales, profit, and sales volume targets
- Analysis of sales figures, derivation of appropriate measures, and consistent follow-up on target achievement
- Direct leadership, coaching, and development of the site manager in Rolle/VD
- Ensuring the implementation of company policies, sales standards, and quality requirements
- Close cooperation with marketing, internal sales, and other internal interfaces
- Continuous optimization of sales processes, structures, and workflows
Site management Jegenstorf
- Overall responsibility for the organization, leadership, and further development of the Jegenstorf site with an existing, well-coordinated team
- Direct personnel leadership, promotion, and development of the sales staff on site
- Ensuring a performance-oriented, positive, and professional sales and leadership culture
- Active acquisition of new customers as well as maintenance and expansion of strategically important customer relationships
- Planning and implementation of vehicle fittings using our planning tool
- Ensuring smooth daily operations as well as high service and quality standards
Your profile:
- Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with further education in sales, management, or business administration
- Several years of experience in sales, including several years in a leadership role at management or executive level, preferably in the vehicle industry or a comparable technical environment
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset as well as high result and customer orientation
- Strong organizational and planning talent with experience in leading and managing a branch or site operation
- Structured, precise, and reliable working style with high quality standards
- Fluent in German and French, both spoken and written
- Assertive, communicative, and integral leadership personality with a role model function
