Your main tasks:

- Operating and monitoring building technology systems
- Documenting and controlling operational processes
- Commissioning of systems and troubleshooting
- Performing inspection, maintenance, and repair work
- Coordinating and controlling third-party companies
- Various administrative tasks
- On-call duty

Your profile:

- Completed technical training with EFZ
- Specialist training as a maintenance technician or in the field of refrigeration, ventilation, or building technology is an advantage
- Technical flair
- Independent and precise way of working
- High customer and service orientation
- Flexibility and willingness for on-call duty
