Training as
Health and Social Care Assistant EBA

As a Health and Social Care Assistant EBA, you support people in their daily lives at the Wiesengrund Senior Centre, for example with personal care, mobilisation, food intake and daily structure. Together with the interdisciplinary team, you ensure holistic care of the residents.

This is what you will learn with us

• Resource- and needs-oriented care and support of residents
• Carrying out activities for residents
• Performing some medical-technical tasks such as blood pressure measurement
• Administrative tasks

This is what you bring with you

• Completion of lower secondary school level B or C
• Enjoyment in dealing with elderly people and their relatives
• Good comprehension skills
• Good oral and written German skills as well as IT skills
• Resilience and flexibility
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to work irregular hours
