Your Impact
- Take on the independent management of a diverse client portfolio with SMEs from a wide range of industries and legal forms, as well as branches of international clients, and develop towards autonomous mandate management.
- Advise and support clients comprehensively in the areas of financial, accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting, as well as on tax matters – in close collaboration with our tax experts.
- Undertake external assignments in finance and accounting at national and international companies.
- Actively contribute to knowledge transfer within the team, especially support younger colleagues with technical questions, and promote a collaborative learning culture.
- Participate in acquiring new clients and preparing offers, and drive the continuous optimisation and digitalisation of processes through modern technologies and tools.
Your Skill Set
- Completed further education with a professional certificate or a degree in business administration HF/FH with a focus on accounting & controlling; ongoing or completed training as a certified fiduciary expert is an advantage.
- At least three years of professional experience in a comparable environment; initial experience in independently managing demanding mandates is an advantage.
- German as a native language and very good English skills.
- Analytical, precise and result-oriented working style and behaviour that is open, team-oriented, responsible, as well as flexible.
- Motivation to lead a small team in the future and take on coaching tasks.
- High enthusiasm for IT, strong affinity for modern technologies, and a professional, service-oriented demeanour.
