About the job

Your Tasks:

• Project management of restoration work for fire and water damage
• Conducting damage assessment, evaluation, estimation, supervision and acceptance
• Coordination and scheduling of our restoration specialists and subcontractors
• Supervision of damage restoration on site
• Advising and supporting customers on site
• Ensuring effective, efficient and safe site organisation
• Documentation of the respective damage object (photo documentation, work reports, acceptance protocols, damage lists, etc.)
• Personnel management of operational staff on site

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training in the construction/construction-related sector or building cleaning
• Basic knowledge of construction costing
• Independent and responsible working style
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Driving licence B
• Teamwork skills and service orientation
• Good knowledge of IT applications
