The special parts production

You enjoy precise joinery work, like working at the bench, and are ready for the next step towards responsibility? In our special parts production, individual solutions are created that complement our industrial kitchen production.

For our bench team, we are looking not only for a dedicated joiner but also a true team player who acts as the first point of contact for their colleagues. In this exciting hub role, you will continue to manufacture special parts to measure in the highest Veriset quality and actively support the group leader in daily leadership and organisation – and not only during holiday absences.

These are the tasks you can look forward to

• You are the first point of contact for the bench team regarding technical and organisational questions in daily business.
• Manufacture and processing of individual furniture and kitchen parts at the bench as well as execution of special customisations.
• Support and relieve the group leader in operational management.
• Conduct quality control of the manufactured furniture.
• Operation of modern woodworking machines.
• Active participation in optimising processes and workflows.

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a joiner EFZ and solid professional experience.
• Enjoyment of precise, quality-conscious work directly at the bench.
• You are a helpful, communicative personality and enjoy passing on knowledge and supporting colleagues with questions.
• Initial experience in a foreman role is a plus but not a requirement – what matters is that you want to take on responsibility.
• Independent and reliable working style as well as strong team spirit.
• Good German language skills.
