Customer Service Clerk 50% (m/f)

Your tasks – with impact and responsibility

• Responsible for order processing from receipt to invoicing
• Telephone (internal) customer support
• Handling returns and credit notes
• General administrative tasks

Your profile – what you bring to our shared success story

• Commercial basic training (or technical basic training with commercial further education)
• Experience in internal sales or order processing
• Confident communication in German as well as very good French skills
• Independent working style with good PC skills
• SAP knowledge advantageous (ideally SD module)
