To support the Key Account Managers in our growing snack business with classic muesli bars as well as innovative energy and protein bars or healthy children's bars, we are looking for a

Employee Support Marketing & Sales 80-100%

• Support of Key Account/Marketing Managers and the Head of Sales Custom-Made Snacks in daily business.
• Coordination and support of customer projects, product launches.
• Support in the preparation of international trade fairs such as Biofach or PLMA.
• Creation of sales documents, presentations, and offers.
• Analysis of sales and market figures as well as preparation of relevant reports.
• Close cooperation with internal departments (Marketing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Quality).
• Ensuring smooth information flow between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Long-term takeover of smaller customers in direct support.

• Completed commercial basic training, ideally with further education in marketing, sales, or business administration.
• Initial professional experience in the FMCG/food industry as well as in key account/marketing support is an advantage.
• High service orientation, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team.
• Enjoyment of structured, precise, and independent work.
• Motivation for healthy snacks.
• Very good German and English skills.
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
