- Proven experience in CNC screw machining
- Essential mastery of Deco 10/13 and EvoDeco 10 machines
- Excellent skills in ISO and TB-DECO programming
- Ability to work independently from programming to series validation
- Analytical mindset, precision, and quality orientation
