🎯 YOUR PROFILE
- Completed vocational training with further education in the field of Food and Beverage
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the same or a comparable position in 4* or 5* hotels
- Fluent German and English skills are required, any additional languages such as Italian are an advantage
- Strong service mindset, high quality awareness and attention to detail
- Neat appearance, professional manners and friendly demeanour
- Empathetic and discreet personality, as well as willingness to go the extra mile
📄 YOUR TASKS
- Independent management of the purchasing department including internal delivery of packages
- Checking deliveries
- In the absence of the F&B Manager and the Asst. F&B Manager, full responsibility for the F&B areas (Grand Restaurant, Da Vittorio - St. Moritz, Fondue Gondolas, Carlton Bar / Bel Etage and Terrace, Room Service, as well as Purchasing and Events)
- Assistance and support in the planning and implementation of exclusive events, banquets and functions
