Team Leader Traffic Service 60–100% (m/f)

Workplace: Unterentfelden / Canton Aargau

What are your tasks?

• Leadership and coordination of the traffic service area
• Active participation in operational traffic service
• Traffic control at single and multi-lane junctions as well as at construction sites and events
• Execution and coordination of traffic, parking, and access services
• Leadership, instruction, and supervision of employees directly on site
• Ensuring high service quality and smooth operational processes
• Coordination of deployments with customers, authorities, and internal departments
• Deputising for personnel and deployment planning
• Participation in the further development and quality assurance of the traffic service area

What do you bring?

• Several years of experience in traffic service
• Initial leadership experience or motivation to take on leadership responsibility
• Experience in personnel or deployment planning is an advantage
• Organisational talent, assertiveness, and sense of responsibility
• Independent and solution-oriented working style
• Willingness to undertake operational deployments and irregular working hours
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
