Senior Physician / Consultant in Intensive Care Medicine 60-100% or Senior Ward Physician
Role:
Monitoring and treatment of impending or established organ failure in patients in the intensive care unit in close collaboration and under the leadership of an intensive care specialist. Implementation and supervision of intensive care measures (e.g. catecholamine therapy, insertion of arterial and central venous catheters). Close cooperation with departments such as cardiology, pneumology, visceral surgery and oncology. Supervision and training of assistant doctors and nursing staff. Participation in internal training and quality assurance measures.
Requirements:
Specialist title in General Internal Medicine, intensive care medicine desired but not mandatory Experience in treating critically ill patients Team-oriented, responsible and resilient personality Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and further development of intensive care medicine Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least C1)
