Role:
The internationally active real estate service company offers a comprehensive range of services along the entire value chain of the real estate industry. Core competencies include the management of residential and commercial properties, administration of condominium ownership, property valuations and transactions, as well as consulting services in the areas of insurance and mortgage financing.

Responsibilities:
You will be independently responsible for managing a condominium ownership portfolio.
You organise the ongoing maintenance of the properties and ensure the proper coordination of repairs and maintenance measures.
In addition to preparing condition reports and budgets, you collaborate with the accounting department on the year-end closing tasks.
You organise and lead delegate, condominium owner, and co-owner meetings.
In daily communication, you support owners and tenants and coordinate cooperation with craftsmen, suppliers, authorities, and caretakers.
Qualifications:
Your foundation is several years of professional experience in condominium management as well as the Swiss federal specialist certificate for property managers.
You work precisely, are well organised, and consistently align your actions with the needs of your clients.
Thanks to your strong communication skills, you present yourself confidently and competently to owners and external partners.
You hold a valid category B driving licence.
You have fluent German language skills.
