Our ward 3 North is a committed team of 50 employees and trainees who jointly ensure optimal care for our patients. As a mixed rehabilitation ward, we care for patients from the fields of internal medicine, oncology, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. We work in nursing according to the principles of Lean Management.
Your duties
Responsibility for the professional, organisational, and personnel management of the ward
Ensuring high-quality, patient-oriented care taking into account current scientific findings
Leadership and promotion of the nursing and treatment team, including personnel planning and development
Collaboration with doctors, therapists, and other interdisciplinary teams
Responsibility for implementing quality standards and the continuous improvement of nursing processes
Participation in internal and external training and further education as well as quality circles
Advising and supporting patients and their relatives

Your profile
Completed training in health or nursing care, ideally with further training in nursing management CAS / MAS
Several years of professional experience in acute care and leadership roles
Sound knowledge in acute medicine and interdisciplinary collaboration
High social competence and communication skills
Organisational talent, sense of responsibility, and a solution-oriented working style
Good knowledge of common IT applications and willingness to learn new systems
