We work continuously AI-supported: from order processing to image production to customer communication. Those who start with us do not learn these tools in a course, but in day-to-day business.

Intern: Executive Assistant - Media & AI (80-100%), Bern

Your areas of responsibility

• Support of the management in day-to-day business and back office

• Preparation of customer appointments: documents, object data, presentations

• Collaboration in coordinating our photographers and orders

• Support in the area of homestaging, both in the office and on site

• Collaboration on marketing and social media topics

• Working with AI tools: texts, image editing, evaluations, automations

• Maintenance of order and customer data

Your profile

• First experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude - or the curiosity to quickly familiarise yourself

• Open, communicative personality who enjoys approaching people

• Structured and reliable way of working

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form

• Driving licence category B is an advantage

• A specific course of study is not a requirement - we look at the person
