Kitchen Assistant

Suan Long represents authentic Chinese restaurants in the city of Zurich and the surrounding area. Suan Long serves a variety of Asian dishes, such as Dim Sum, noodle soups, stir-fries, and seafood dishes. Vegetarian options and a selection of teas are also offered.

The restaurant is known for its authentic Chinese cuisine and attentive service. It offers a cosy and welcoming atmosphere with traditional Chinese decor and comfortable seating. Suan Long is popular with both locals and tourists alike. We are always looking for support for our popular Asian cuisine.

The responsibilities include the following tasks:

• Independent work (hot/cold kitchen)
• Preparing the daily mise-en-place
• Preparing fresh dishes / à la carte / banquets
• Adhering to hygiene regulations according to HACCP
• Cleaning and tidying tasks

• Experience in the kitchen area
• Attentive and team-oriented personality
• Reliable, flexible and independent working style
• High quality and sense of responsibility
• Good knowledge of German
