Export Specialist with Italian Language Skills (m/f/d)

Role:
Do you want to apply your experience in internal sales and export in an international environment? In this position, you will accompany customer orders from inquiry to delivery and ensure professional support of business partners. You will work closely with various departments.
Responsibilities:
You will support international business customers and sales partners and be their contact person in day-to-day business.
You will prepare customer offers, coordinate open inquiries, and independently follow up on quotations.
You will be responsible for order processing including export and shipping formalities.
You will organise international goods deliveries and clarify related export issues.
You will coordinate with field sales, production, and other internal departments to ensure reliable processing.
You will maintain existing business relationships and support their long-term development.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma, ideally supplemented by further training as a foreign trade specialist with a federal certificate.
You bring several years of professional experience in internal sales as well as practical knowledge in export and/or foreign trade.
You are familiar with international delivery processes and shipping procedures.
You have technical understanding and an interest in industrial products.
You convince through initiative, customer orientation, as well as an independent and structured way of working.
You communicate very well in German, Italian, and English.
