Technician (m/f/d), 100%

Your tasks

In this responsible position, you take over the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of our state-of-the-art, automated systems and technical equipment within logistics – thus making a decisive contribution to the smooth running of our processes. You independently analyze malfunctions, efficiently resolve them, and ensure that our systems run reliably at all times. A special focus is on carrying out preventive maintenance and servicing measures to minimize downtime and sustainably ensure system availability.

Furthermore, you actively contribute to optimizing our processes by continuously participating in the continuous improvement process (CIP) and developing innovative solution approaches. In close cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as external suppliers and service providers, you coordinate technical alignments and contribute to effective collaboration. Careful creation and maintenance of malfunction, maintenance, and system documentation are also part of your responsibilities, as is the consistent compliance with safety, quality, and process requirements.

Your profile

• Completed technical basic training (e.g., automation technician EFZ, electronics technician EFZ, mechatronics technician EFZ)
• Several years of experience in operating and troubleshooting automated systems in the logistics environment (especially Autostore, automated high-bay warehouse, automated transport systems, etc.)
• Very good knowledge of electrical engineering, sensor technology, and drive technology
• Very good knowledge in the field of IT/systems in warehouse logistics (ACS, WMS, intralogistics software, etc.)
• Ability to independently and structurally analyze and solve technical problems
• Experience in managing and coordinating external service providers, including SLA, KPI tracking, and cost management
• Very good MS Office skills
• High flexibility, willingness to be on call and work shifts
• Driver's license category B mandatory
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills are an advantage
