Your tasks
- Operating, monitoring and maintaining the SMT production line (paste stencil printing, paste inspection, placement machines, reflow oven and AOI)
- Performing minor maintenance and repair work on the machines
- Supporting the optimisation of production processes
- Assisting with the setup and conversion of machines for different series
- Participating in the implementation of continuous improvement processes (CIP) to increase efficiency
Your qualities
- Completed technical training or professional experience in electronics, mechatronics or comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in the SMD area
- Good knowledge of manual soldering according to IPC-A-610
- Independent, precise and reliable working style
- Strong team spirit and communication skills
- High quality and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work night shifts, as well as occasionally early and late shifts
