What you can look forward to:

• Efficient and forward-looking appointment planning for patients and employees
• Telephone, written and personal communication with internal and external partners
• Close cooperation with doctors, physiotherapy, nursing, psychosomatics and other interfaces
• Independent organisation of the daily business of clinic planning
• Active participation and further development of processes

What we appreciate:

• Completed medical or commercial basic training
• Experience in healthcare or in a comparable hub function
• Very good MS Office skills as well as high IT affinity
• Reliable and precise personality
• Communicative and team-oriented with initiative
• Resilient and calm even in demanding situations
