Hey, we are AF Tissue Expert Switzerland AG - the central shared service centre within a family-run group of hygiene paper manufacturers in Switzerland and Europe. As AF Tissue Expert Switzerland AG, we consolidate all overarching functions such as finance, HR, IT, purchasing, sales and planning and work closely with our production sites Tela (Niederbipp) and Cartaseta (Gretzenbach). Tela and Cartaseta stand for high-quality hygiene papers, modern technology and sustainable production processes. While production takes place daily at the plants, we ensure that the administrative, organisational and strategic framework conditions are right - practical, efficient and always in direct exchange with the plants. Junior Key Account Manager 80-100% (m/f/d)

• Customer care: Responsibility for the professional care and sustainable development of the largest Swiss AFH tissue customers (wholesale). Holistic management from operational support to consistent achievement of sales targets.
• Customer communication: Ensuring proactive, clear and timely communication with customers
• Coordination&interface management: Hub function between customers and internal departments (planning, quality assurance, finance, internal sales) to ensure smooth information flow
• Analyses & reporting: Preparation of meaningful customer analyses, statistics and decision-making bases for targeted further development of business relationships
• Volume planning: Demand-oriented planning and proactive monitoring of sales volumes
• Complaint management: Efficient coordination of complaint processing
• Sales support: Active support of the sales team in administrative and organisational tasks
• Customer visits: Systematic planning and execution of customer visits according to a defined contact plan. Travel activity in Switzerland approx. 20%

• Education: Completed training in retail or commercial field, ideally supplemented by further training in business administration or sales
• Professional experience: Initial experience in sales, customer care or sales support, preferably in the consumer goods industry
• Customer orientation: Strong customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment in building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships
• IT skills: Confident handling of common IT applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Numerical affinity: Strong numerical understanding and analytical thinking skills
• Language skills: Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
