Field Service Specialist - Automated Labelling & Printing Systems 80-100% (m/f/d)

Introduction

Our client is a leading provider of automated labelling solutions for the industry, pharmaceutical, and food sectors. Whether labelling devices or printing systems - clever technology meets precision here. To strengthen the service team, we are looking for you: a technically skilled individual who enjoys travelling and takes pleasure in implementing solutions directly at the customer’s site.

Tasks

• Maintenance and repair of labelling and printing systems
• 3 days in the field with customers in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and 2 days in the office in Spreitenbach
• Working with electrical and mechanical components - you apply your technical understanding purposefully.
• You are the contact person for customers and internal departments - by phone and in person.
• You document your assignments clearly and understandably.
• You plan your assignments independently and complete the orders on site at the customer.

Profile

• Completed training as an automation technician, electrical installer, electronics technician, mechatronics technician or comparable.
• Technical understanding in electrical or mechanical fields, ideally first experience in field service.
• Enjoyment of customer contact, independent working style and willingness to travel.
• Independence, reliability and a solution-oriented working approach
• Valid driving licence category B
