Do you want to not only manage a finance department but actively develop it further?

In this role, you take overall responsibility for our finances. You ensure reliable figures and decision-making bases for management and the board of directors, lead the finance department, and continuously develop processes, reporting, and digital tools.

Your Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for financial accounting, management accounting, financial controlling, and liquidity planning
• Preparation of interim and annual financial statements as well as VAT returns and tax declarations
• Responsibility for budget, forecasts, KPIs, financial analyses, and regular reporting to management and the board of directors
• Control and approval of creditors as well as monitoring of debtors
• Responsibility for relevant insurance and social security accounting
• Further development of our financial processes, internal control mechanisms, reporting structures, and digital tools
• Professional and personnel management of the finance department
• Close collaboration with management, administration, and human resources

Your Profile

• Federal diploma in finance and accounting or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in finance, fiduciary services, or a comparable role
• Very good knowledge of accounting, controlling, and VAT
• Knowledge of payroll accounting as well as insurance and social security accounting
• Very good Abacus skills
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Analytical and interconnected thinking
• Clear and understandable communication
• Sense of responsibility as well as a resilient and empathetic nature
