We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team and become a true technical reference within production. You will help ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our industrial equipment, while handling the most complex diagnostics and supporting technicians in developing their skills. Your expertise will directly contribute to continuous improvement, loss reduction, and OEE optimisation.

Senior Maintenance Technician

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Ensure the application of SUVA safety rules and safety standards during all technical interventions
• Be the technical reference for your area and provide technical leadership during complex breakdowns, without direct hierarchical responsibility over technicians
• Ensure the reliability and availability of equipment through structured diagnostics, root cause analysis, and implementation of sustainable corrective actions
• Optimise preventive and condition-based maintenance plans, define the content of N1, N2, and N3 maintenance, and monitor actions arising from inspections
• Coach technicians, transfer critical knowledge, and develop their technical autonomy, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices
• Drive the reliability of your area based on maintenance and production data (recurring breakdowns, availability, OEE, downtime) and prioritise high-impact actions
• Validate and deploy technical standards: instructions, adjustment parameters, troubleshooting methods, and best practices, updating documentation and DIMOmaint accordingly
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and equipment modifications by integrating maintainability, safety, reliability, and cost requirements

Your profile:

• Completed professional training (BTS, federal diploma or equivalent) in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, automation, or a similar field
• Significant experience in industrial maintenance, with proven expertise on complex equipment and technical systems
• Excellent ability to read and interpret technical drawings, as well as to adjust and fine-tune machines
• Excellent team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively in a professional, international, and multilingual environment
• Languages: Good command of French and/or German and/or English
• Mastery of fault diagnosis methodologies, root cause analysis (RCA/8D), and structured methods for solving complex technical problems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Availability to work flexible hours, including shifts and occasionally weekends, as required
