Your Tasks

• Comprehensive project management of the bidding process for sales with a focus on quality assurance and timely coordination of all internal and external parties involved
• Formulation of clear task packages for internal and external service providers
• Obtaining offers from suppliers and service providers in coordination with the calculation based on prepared specifications 
• Evaluation of offers regarding completeness and goal achievement as well as forwarding to the calculation department 
• Preparation, explanation, and handover of the bid documents to sales as well as support during on-site customer presentations 

Your Profile

• A completed technical or commercial degree, e.g., in business administration (BWL) or civil engineering (building construction), or completed training as a real estate agent
• Several years of technical know-how in building construction is essential, as well as the ability to develop innovative and holistic solutions
• Entrepreneurial thinking with a strategic view of the market and customers
• High initiative and willingness to perform as well as the ability to identify improvement potentials and actively contribute knowledge to the team
• Strong social skills, teamwork, open and fair communication, and a flexible, team-oriented working style
