The centre in Schinznach, focused on musculoskeletal, geriatric and internal medicine rehabilitation, offers both inpatient and outpatient services. Approximately 123 beds are available to patients of all insurance classes.

The following tasks await you:

• Professional coordination and representation of the Chief Physician of Geriatric Rehabilitation
• Independent management of a rehabilitation department in Schinznach
• Medical care of patients
• Management of subordinate assistant doctors
• Participation in the training and supervision of assistant doctors as well as in internal further training
• Collaboration in maintaining training positions according to SIWF criteria (Geriatrics, General Internal Medicine, PMR and Rheumatology)
• Leading an interdisciplinary report
• Participation in promoting interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments (therapies, nursing)
• Participation in medical risk management
• Participation in on-call duty on a rota basis
• Assuming the deputy role of the Head of Geriatrics in Zofingen

• Specialist title in General Internal Medicine with a focus on Geriatrics (or near completion)
• Experience in rehabilitation desired
• Leadership experience and leadership training (or willingness to complete)
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Team-oriented, resilient, committed and communicative personality
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
