At our headquarters in Lupfig AG, we are looking for a

Clerk Service Administration (80 - 100%)

Do you have an eye for details? Is focused work a matter of course for you? Do you enjoy customer contact? We have the right position for you! In a young and lively team, you will take over the invoicing of our service deployments. You create service contracts and are the contact person for our customers. In addition, you handle incoming complaints and look for the optimal solution for all parties involved. Teamwork is the order of the day!

This is what you will do with us

• Your main task is the routine invoicing of our service deployments
• You check and correct the reports of our service technicians and partners
• Handling written and telephone complaints is your responsibility
• You create service subscriptions for our customers and advise them on questions
• You keep customer data in our IT systems up to date at all times

This is what you bring with you

• You have a commercial education (EFZ, commercial school, or similar), professional experience in a similar position is an advantage
• French is mandatory, Italian is an advantage
• Numbers and data are your passion
