What awaits you

• Ensuring smooth and contract-compliant provision of facility services including cost and budget responsibility within your own portfolio
• Active stakeholder management, advising and supporting the customer in all matters related to facility management and building technology, building maintenance, and relocation services
• Continuous assurance and enhancement of customer satisfaction through innovative and solution-oriented approaches
• Personnel and professional leadership, support, and development of your own team (approx. 15 employees) and close collaboration with colleagues in the region and central service units
• Quality assurance as well as independent handling of mandate-specific topics including contract and cost management

What you bring

• Completed basic training in building technology (HVACSE)
• Further training in facility management, building technology, or business administration advantageous (FH/HF)
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role as well as proven leadership experience
• Strong customer and service orientation with a high quality standard
• High social competence and the ability to communicate professionally with different stakeholders
• Negotiation-level German skills (C1), good English skills advantageous
• High integrity and impeccable reputation
