Mandate Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for one or more large clients with activities throughout Switzerland
• You are the first point of contact for the client on site and the communication interface between client and operations
• You inspire and enthuse our clients with your personal commitment, your innovative ideas and thus professionally develop our client relationships
• You lead client meetings based on reports / evaluations and ensure that the FM organisation aligns with the agreed mandate objectives
• You share responsibility for preparing all budgets in the account (P&L responsibility), support tracking of ongoing costs and ensure continuous expansion of the service portfolio
• You are responsible for implementing occupational safety in all on-site activities

Your Profile

• Completed Bachelor’s degree (at least BSc or equivalent)
• Several years of professional experience in relevant service areas and several years in a comparable position
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; any additional language is an advantage
• Leadership experience is a prerequisite
• Very good PC skills (Office suite, ticketing tool)
• You have a strong willingness to learn with a quick grasp and flexibility
• You are a team player with a strong service orientation and customer focus
• You maintain an independent and efficient working style, are quality-conscious, solution-oriented and proactive
• Impeccable reputation
