Employee in IT Support 100% (m/f/d)

•First point of contact for employees with IT enquiries (1st and 2nd level support)
•Error analysis and troubleshooting using appropriate tools and systems
•Installation, configuration and management of client systems and end devices
•Collaboration in the administration of the IT infrastructure (servers, network and other components – depending on experience)
•Creation and maintenance of documentation and user manuals
•Coordination and liaison with external IT service providers

•Completed training with an IT focus (e.g. IT specialist, IT systems electronics technician)
•Solid basic IT knowledge (operating systems, standard software) as well as ideally first practical experience in IT support
•Ideally in-depth knowledge in specific IT specialist areas
•High service orientation as well as pronounced communication and teamwork skills
•Ability to explain complex technical matters clearly
•Willingness for continuous further training
