Your tasks:

• you support the operation and further development of our ISMS, based on the ISO 27001 standard, and help to effectively anchor security in the daily administration
• you conduct protection needs and risk analyses in our offices, document results, assist with classification, and prepare them appropriately for the target audience
• you help to develop and further evolve internal guidelines, concepts, and standards for information security
• you plan and conduct awareness formats and training sessions and ensure that information security is anchored in everyday work – understandable, practical, and motivating.

Your profile:

• a completed education in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field as well as specific further training in IT security (e.g., Certified Information Security Manager, CISM)
• at least three years of practical experience in the field of information security, ideally in ISMS operation according to ISO 27001
• you are familiar with protection needs and risk analyses, can document in a structured way, and find solutions even when things get a bit confusing
• you communicate clearly, understandably, and appropriately for the target audience – whether with IT specialists, project managers, or office management
• you are team-oriented, open, and curious – and also bring the social skills to contribute to a versatile directorate with very diverse specialist areas.
