Do you know why most Microsoft 365 implementations succeed technically yet fail to bring about change? Do you enjoy standing in front of a group that really doesn’t want another tool, and turning the mood around? Then we definitely need to meet.

This is what your job will be like:

• You develop adoption and communication concepts based on the personas of a company
• You design and deliver training: kick-offs, hands-on sessions, short formats over lunch as well as office hours and floorwalking after go-live
• You build champion networks and empower leaders so that things continue smoothly without you
• You make Copilot practical for everyday use: real workday use cases, good prompting and realistic expectation management
• You measure adoption instead of just claiming it and derive the next wave from it

What you should bring:

• Several years of professional experience in change management, adoption or user training in the Microsoft 365 environment
• Strong moderation and presentation skills, from workshops with 8 people to large events
• Confident use of Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Copilot from a user perspective
• Knowledge of change management methods (e.g. according to Prosci or ADKAR) as well as the ability to adapt methods situationally
• Experience in measuring adoption success using usage data, Copilot analytics or own surveys
• German at native level, good English, French an advantage
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
