About the job
The Justitia 4.0 project works on behalf of the directors of justice and the justice conference (courts) on the digitalisation of the Swiss judiciary. It develops the platform justitia.swiss for electronic legal communication and file inspection, as well as the Justice File Application (JAA) for processing and managing digital files. The project supports the judicial authorities in the digital transformation with advice, tools, and accompanies them during pilot phases and later in the roll-out. You will serve as a contact person for cantonal judicial authorities as well as for federal judicial authorities and cantonal bar associations.
In our team and in collaboration with our stakeholders, various work cultures and fields (IT, change management, communication, law, judicial authorities) come together, which is why trust, transparency, collegiality, a solution-oriented error culture, and a respectful and appreciative interaction with each other are very important to us.
