Trainee

Real Estate Valuation Office | 60-100 % | External service in the regions of Chur, Thusis, Ilanz

The Real Estate Valuation Office (AIB) is organised in a decentralised manner across six locations. Within the framework of revision valuations and valuations on request, we carry out official valuations of developed land. Thanks to our varied activities, we maintain daily exchanges with various stakeholders such as owners, offices and the Graubünden Building Insurance. In carrying out our activities, we communicate in all three cantonal languages.

For 1 July 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for enterprising trainees who enjoy moving around and hiking outdoors.

Tasks

Independent inspections and external recordings of buildings such as barns, stables outside the building zone in compliance with regulations
Electronic archiving of recordings

What we expect from you

Ongoing training or professional development in the construction or real estate sector
Category B driving licence
Good orientation in at least one of the indicated regions
Familiarity with the use of modern IT tools
Structured and independent working method
Flexibility
