Senior Process Engineer (80-100%) - 1385
Ensure electricity in Switzerland
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the creation, monitoring, and further development of all processes in the area of maintenance and plant operation.
You will take on the following tasks:
- Creation and further development of safety-related guidelines and processes in consultation with process owners and process participants, as well as ensuring their implementation
- Further development of the training concept for Grid Infrastructure
- Development of training content and conducting training sessions
- Leading and coordinating analyses related to process deviations
- Subject matter expert for safety-related processes as well as leading and moderating internal and external expert groups
- Coordination and creation of necessary operating instructions, especially in the case of operationally challenging interventions
- Contact person for safety-related questions for complex outages, modifications, and commissioning
- Coordination of necessary outages between the various stakeholders
- Situational examination of the quality and completeness of work orders
- Consultation and support of management in technical matters during overarching decision-making processes
This is how you make a difference
For this position, we are looking for a committed and motivated personality with a systematic, goal-oriented, and solution-oriented working style. You bring the following:
- Completed engineering degree from a university of applied sciences or ETH in electrical engineering, or basic training in electrical engineering with further education to become a master electrician
- Solid expertise in planning, construction, and operation of high-voltage systems in the area of primary and/or secondary technology
- Many years of experience in the execution of grid construction projects in the area of primary and/or secondary technology, and/or experience in plant operation.
- Ability to present technical relationships understandably
- High competence in conveying learning content
- Native German or French, good knowledge of the other national languages is an advantage
