Machine Setter and Product Coordinator for Small Series Production m/f/d (100%)

About the job

Your Area of Responsibility

• Setting up, converting and commissioning production machines and systems
• Ensuring a smooth production process during the ongoing shift
• Monitoring process parameters and optimising machine settings
• Deadline monitoring and tracking of delivery dates in close coordination with planning and production management
• Coordination and guidance of employees on the line / in the team
• Support and training of employees in handling machines and workflows
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and hygiene guidelines
• Carrying out initial inspections and participating in quality assurance processes
• Rectifying minor malfunctions and supporting maintenance work
• Reporting production key figures and deviations

Your Profile

• Completed technical or craft training (e.g. production mechanic, polymechanic or similar)
• Experience in setting up and operating production systems
• Good knowledge of production processes and workflows
• Understanding of quality assurance and occupational safety
• Leadership and assertiveness skills
• Organisational talent and structured way of working
• High personal responsibility and reliability
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Resilience and flexibility (shift work)
• Experience in staff management or as line manager
• Knowledge of ERP or production planning systems
