<p data-mce-="">Elco AG is the leading manufacturer of envelopes and stationery in Switzerland. With around 200 employees, we have specialised in Brugg in top products of the main brand ELCO in the areas of stationery, envelopes, packaging, tableware and hygiene.</p><p data-mce-=""><br>Our 7 workshop employees ensure production safety from Monday to Friday. The maintenance presence time is shared among us in rotation and is as follows: early shift 05:30 - 14:00, normal working hours 07:00 - 16:00, middle shift 09:00 - 18:00 and late shift 12:00 - 20:30. On request, consideration is given whenever possible. Short downtimes of machines and systems are ensured by the on-call service. This is fairly distributed and agreed upon and lasts one week in rotation. Due to preventive maintenance, however, only 15 on-call deployments were required for the whole team in 2025.<br></p>Your tasks
<ul type="disc"><li>Maintenance and overhaul of production machines, buildings and infrastructures</li><li>Electrical new installations and improvements</li><li>Troubleshooting and repair of production machines</li><li>Monitoring and operating process control systems</li></ul>
Your skills and talents
<ul type="disc" data-mce-=""><li data-mce-="">Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ or comparable qualification<br></li><li data-mce-="">Professional experience in maintenance and operational upkeep is an advantage</li><li data-mce-="">High independence and self-motivation, structured approach, good interconnected thinking<br></li><li data-mce-="">Good German skills in spoken and written form (technical English understanding is an advantage)</li><li data-mce-="">Willingness for limited shift work and on-call deployments<br></li><li data-mce-="">Good knowledge of common IT products</li></ul>
