Sales Assistant on Call
Tasks
- Friendly and competent care of our guests
- Serving drinks and food at the buffet including cash handling
- Active selling with targeted upselling and recommendation of current specials
- Advising guests on our offerings and providing information on allergens
- Compliance with and implementation of hygiene regulations (HACCP)
Requirements
- Professional experience in gastronomy or service is an advantage
- Friendly, customer-oriented manner and enjoyment in guest contact
- Affinity for system gastronomy and enjoyment of structured processes
- Willingness to work shifts as well as weekend and public holiday duties
- Good knowledge of German, additional languages are a plus
