GU Sicherheit & Partner AG in Wil / SG was founded in 2008 and is an established, independent and neutral consulting company in the fields of crisis management, crisis communication, risk management, threat management and in the development of security concepts of all kinds. As experienced specialists, we support companies, administrative offices, decision-makers and executives in crisis situations – if necessary 7/24. Our clients include, among others, companies from industry, energy suppliers, financial service providers, healthcare, insurance, services, construction and railway companies, the federal government, cantons, municipalities and emergency services.

We are looking for an immediate or agreed start of a

Consultant Crisis Communication / Crisis Management (80-100%).

In this varied and responsible position, you will take on the following tasks:

Your tasks

• Advising our clients in the areas of crisis management and crisis communication (building and further development of crisis organisations)
• Supporting and conducting training and exercises for crisis teams, leadership support and communication teams
• Taking over project management and acquiring new clients
• Advising and supporting our clients during an acute crisis situation (coaching during the event 7/24)
• Taking on marketing and social media tasks (if suitable and preferred)

Your profile

• You have expertise and practical experience in the fields of crisis management and crisis communication and are willing to further your education in these areas
• You have a good flair for crisis communication and dealing with people
• Preferably, you bring operational and leadership experience from an emergency service, the army or civil protection
• You are a trustworthy, reliable and conscientious person who thinks ahead
• You are confident and proficient in German, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are an advantage.
• You are resilient and willing to be available outside normal working hours in crisis cases
• You have a broad network
