The distribution of working days is arranged by agreement, preferably Tuesday to Thursday.
Your Tasks
- General administrative secretarial tasks, such as office maintenance, orders, mail processing, correspondence in German and English
- Organization of business trips
- Organization and preparation of meetings
- Administrative support of the Human Resources team
- Support of accounting, especially in accounts payable
- Willingness to cover holiday replacements within the team (Zurich)
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training and several years of professional experience are an advantage
- Excellent German skills as well as good English skills (at least First Certificate level)
- Initiative and good communication skills
- High service orientation and flexibility
- Used to working independently, but also in a team
- Enjoy working with various stakeholders
- Good PC user skills, especially MS Office
