Residential Project Developer (m/f/d)

Do you have a keen flair for architecture and quality? Develop sophisticated residential projects with us from the initial idea to construction readiness, economically, architecturally convincing and sustainably with Swiss timber. We look forward to your application.

Your tasks:

• Development and management of residential projects - from the initial idea to construction readiness and project handover
• Preparation and evaluation of utilisation concepts and planning variants from architectural, economic and sustainable perspectives
• Overall responsibility for costs, deadlines and quality in the development, planning and approval process
• Coordination and leadership of architects, specialist planners, experts and other project partners
• Competent contact person for private clients, institutional investors and authorities
• Consistent advancement of projects up to contract conclusion and legally binding building permit

Your profile:

• Successful training in architecture, civil engineering, real estate development or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in project development, as client representative and/or in project management in Switzerland
• Sound understanding of architecture, economic efficiency as well as planning and construction processes
• Good knowledge of Swiss construction, contract and standards regulations
• Entrepreneurial thinking, creative flair and strong communication skills
• Structured, independent hands-on mentality with perseverance and enjoyment of pragmatic solutions
• Negotiation-level German skills (at least C1, spoken and written)
