Job Description
- You handle requests for individual reservations (by phone, email, or in person on site)
- You take care of room sales and align yourself with the yield strategy and company guidelines
- You create contracts for individual reservations and organize hotel tours or assist with sales talks
- If necessary, you take care of guests during their stay and ensure they feel completely comfortable
- You maintain guest files and respond to guest inquiries or concerns by email
- You perform various administrative tasks, such as creating in-house guest communication
- If needed, you support and represent the group reservations (over 9 rooms)
- Work and support in the front office, taking on early or late shifts
Qualifications
- Guest contact is your passion and you enjoy dealing with international guests
- You have professional communication skills in German and English
- You have a completed hotel management training and have already proven your skills in a similar position
- Ideally, you already have experience with hotel software Mews, Opera, and Tars
