The Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. Medical Secretary or MPA (m/f/d), 80-100%
We are looking for a Medical Secretary or MPA for our location in Lenzburg, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Organisation and coordination of outpatient clinic operations
- Appointment management and patient reception
- Operation of the telephone switchboard
- Telephone and written correspondence
- Medical tasks such as dispensing Antabuse, collecting urine samples, blood sampling, and breath alcohol testing
Your profile
- Completed training as a Medical Secretary or MPA
- Experience in a medical environment is an advantage
- Friendly demeanour and good communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office programmes
- Organisational talent and reliability
- Independent working style and team spirit
