Your main tasks:

• Operating and monitoring building technical systems 
• Coordinating and performing repairs, maintenance, and upkeep work
• Obtaining quotes and ordering materials
• Coordinating, accompanying, and controlling internal and external suppliers and craftsmen
• Performing and reporting additional services
• Participating in moves as well as renovation and refurbishment projects

Your profile:

• Completed technical or craft training (EFZ) 
• Several years of experience in a similar role and in managing complex building technical systems
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
• Good PC user skills
• High quality awareness and pronounced customer orientation
• Strong team skills and flexibility
• Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register)
