The St. Jakob Foundation in Zurich supports people with disabilities and creates diverse opportunities in the secondary labour market. For our further presence in the digital world, we are looking for a creative, communicative, and independent personality to further develop our social media channels with new ideas, compelling stories, and modern formats.
These are your tasks:
- Further development of our social media channels and digital presence
- Planning and creative implementation of content for our social media channels
- Development and implementation of communication and video formats
- Co-design and further development of our social media strategy
- Planning, conception, and implementation of campaigns and events
- Building and maintaining partnerships and cooperations
- Analysis and optimisation of our social media performance
This is what you bring:
- Completed studies in marketing, communication, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in social media management, ideally in the non-profit or foundation sector
- Good experience in content creation, video formats, and social media campaigns
- Sound knowledge of social media analysis, performance, and current trends
- Independent, creative, and communicative personality with joy in teamwork and collaboration with partners and agencies
- High social competence, empathy, and professional ability to set boundaries
- You identify with the values of the St. Jakob Foundation and live them in everyday life
