- Professional and personnel management of your team and deputising for the Head of Nursing Service
- Personnel management with promotion of staff development and forward-looking personnel deployment planning
- Ensuring and continuously developing nursing quality and nursing organisation
- Implementation of strategic objectives and co-creation of future-oriented concepts
- Active participation in daily nursing, especially during staff shortages
- Planning and coordination of work meetings as well as leading working groups and workshops
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF
- Several years of professional experience in acute or long-term care as well as leadership experience
- Structure, reliability, and enjoyment of teamwork
- Good German skills (at least C1)
