Health Specialist (FaGe) as Team Leader 80-100 %
For a residential group with residents aged between 19 and 57 years, you will commit yourself as a responsible personality with great dedication to the needs of the people entrusted to us.
Wagerenhof
The Wagerenhof Foundation (affectionately called "Wagi") in Uster has been a permanent home for around 250 people with multiple cognitive impairments for over 100 years and offers supported workplaces to over 50 employees with support needs. We are a recognised, non-profit institution with a social mission. With a needs-oriented range of residential and care places as well as various day and leisure activities, we promote the quality of life, participation, and self-determination of our residents. For this, we entrust you with the responsibility
- Personnel, organisational and financial management of a residential group
- Educational and nursing responsibility for living and daily structure
- Participation in the support and care of people with severe intellectual and physical disabilities
- Interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration, also with the specialists of the Wagerenhof Foundation
- Administrative tasks
You fit with us and this position if you also place our residents and our supported employees at the centre of your actions and bring the following:
- Experience in supporting people with cognitive impairments
- Proven leadership experience
- Qualification as Health Specialist, Social Pedagogue HF / FH or Certified Nurse
- High cooperation skills and transparency
- Planning and organisational competence
- Strong willingness for interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration within a matrix organisation
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Good computer user skills
