Role:
We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented professional for technical customer service. You will take on installations, commissioning, maintenance, and repairs of technical systems and ensure reliable operation as well as high customer satisfaction. With your technical know-how, you will also support the continuous development of service processes and technical standards.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out installations, commissioning, and technical acceptance of new systems at customers throughout Switzerland
Performing demanding maintenance, diagnostic, and repair work
Ensuring high system availability and sustainable fault resolution
Independent scheduling of assignments and complete documentation of service calls
Carrying out assembly and repair work in the workshop
Supporting the maintenance of other technical systems
First-level support for service technicians on complex technical issues
Supporting the onboarding and training of new employees
Close collaboration with internal departments and external partners to ensure quality assurance
Qualifications:
At least three years of professional experience as a service technician or in a comparable technical field service role
Completed vocational training EFZ as an electrician, electrical installer, electronics technician, or comparable technical qualification
Solid experience in fault diagnosis, fault analysis, and sustainable fault resolution on electromechanical systems
Experience with IoT devices, digitally networked systems, or comparable technologies is an advantage
Independent, structured, and quality-oriented working style
Strong service and customer orientation
